We are architects and Engineers who work with thoughtfulness and rigour. The notion of a collective effort inherent in building information modelling (BIM) is second nature to us. Over the past seven years, Diego Rojas has experienced how architectural practice and collaboration with consultants are developed by using the BIM methodology. He always maintains a Level 2 BIM strategy integrated with each design process and project. Using BIM for all significant projects ensures that our approach to safe, sustainable and intelligent buildings results in considerable cost savings. All BIM projects use a combination of the latest releases of Archicad, Scia Engineering, Revit, 3D Studio Max, and BIMx. They aid early design decisions, and faster production of drawings, schedules, and visualisations while managing and recording the efficient coordination and clash detection process. BIM combined with VR minimises risks and reduces waste during construction to help us continue designing award-winning and green buildings from inception to delivery, and throughout the whole lifetime of the project.
